Location: North suburbs of Athens, Attica, Greece.

We are expanding our back-office operations and seeking a dedicated professional to support our assessment and certification workflows.
Role Overview: In this essential back-office position, you will manage the administrative core of our certification processes. From planning assessments to issuing certificates, you will ensure operations run smoothly, efficiently, and accurately. This role is ideal for an organized individual who excels in coordination, communication, and detail-oriented tasks within a professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and communicate assessment planning, including maintaining the assessment diary and scheduling.
  • Conduct pre-assessment activities, such as document reviews, client preparations, and internal alignments.
  • Manage post-assessment tasks, including data processing, follow-up communications, and archiving.
  • Assist in the preparation and issuance of certificates, verifying compliance and timeliness.
  • Maintain databases, records, and reporting systems to support operational efficiency.
  • Liaise with assessors, clients, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and enhance processes.

Qualifications and Skills:
Necessary:

  • Proficiency in English and Greek languages (both written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams).
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional interactions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.

Advantageous:

  • Relevant qualification, such as a degree in Business, Administration, or Quality Management, with Information and Communication Technologies (ICT)-related courses in the syllabus.
  • 1-3 years of experience in administrative or coordination roles, ideally in certification, auditing, or quality assurance fields.
